I'm glad someone picked up my idea and liked it! I realize that not everyone shares Shawn's enthusiasum for cooking. So, if creating a regional delicacy isn't your thing, perhaps you can present your dish with a regional flare...or you don't have to do the regional thing...you can still do an international dish. Oh heck, what I really care about is the food, I sure won't turn anything down! Just trying to keep things interesting! I'll leave it all up to you to figure out! You don't have to post the exact dish, just the food group, so I can fill in the rest. I know I can count on at one person to bring a somewhat nutrious healthy dish....we all know it won't be Shawn...not with all his Emeril cookbooks!
