If people are aware that it's a time share company, they would not buy unless they seek them out. If people were not mislead to attend their presentations, they would also not buy.If people knew of all the legitimate time share companies, these fraudulent ones would not exist. If CASE has any clout, then these fraudulent companies should be deregistered. There will always be nice and kind Singaporeans who falls prey to these scamming companies with paid up capital of only $2/-. carrying transactions of tens of thousands of dollars.
