Can anyone shed some light on either Club Class Holidays or Regency Leisure Developments... Details were obtained in Patong, Phuket Thailand.

Sold by Westerners. Very inviting package. Not Timeshare. Just a holiday club membership for discounted holidays in certain locations around the world.

Got taken in by club class last year while in Tenerife. Paid out �5000, but haven't tried to use the system yet. Got a suspicious call this week informing me that there were problems with them, and that they had disappeared from the office where they had been. Don't expect to get the money back easily. My advice is Don't touch them. I have emailed the OFT and the timeshare consumers association for help and advice.
