] Date Posted: Fri, May 28 2004, 17:53:20 Am sure that those that have been conned into paying so much$$$ are also harassed by the timeshare companies to pay the maintenance fee. Did anyone actually paid? I refuse to pay the maintenance fee after conned into buying the timeshare frim LGM and was recently contacted by a guy from LGM called Zamrin Zainul, wanting to talk to me on how I can NOT pay the maintenance BUT I have to make personal trip, blah blah, in order to have it done. Reason being, he does not have my paperwork, etc. Having dealt with them for years, how could you expect me to trust them. Everytime I asked him to tell me what exactly he will be discussing with me.. or why not just send me the form for me to sign.. or email me the info before I make the trip to this office.. he seems to be giving all sort of excuse to get me down to the office... to a point that he is willing to meet me. Has anyone been approach on the maintenance fee? And what are the liabilities for ppl who refuse to pay maintenance fee but have, unfortunately, have all their money sucked out by timeshare company, ie, LGM. Help.
