Hello everyone

First and foremost, thank you all for sharing your experiences and ideas here. Thank you webmaster for making this possible.

I bought a timeshare holiday (worth S$10k) from Mango Tree @ Calypso Plaza through Regency Leisure Development 2 years back, genuinely wanting to have a timeshare holiday package for my family and not for the freebies which was only a pair of watches. Mine was made through cold call and they have refused to tell me where they got my contact number from.

I've not completed paying my membership fees yet and hence I've not started using it. In addition, there was a compulsory buy-back guarantee by the resort right after 10 year at the price there and then but I will only get this guarantee certificate after payments are fully settled for the membership fee.

After reading most of what have been posted here, I must say I'm starting to have my concerns and I also share the same concerns as Roy from http://www.voy.com/161450/334.html ie I'm also worried that I may get cheated too.

Has anyone experienced the same package so far through the same local marketing company, Regency Leisure Development? All other feedback and ideas are welcomed too.

Kind regards
Unsure
