I was trying to check on the net to see if there are many ppl caught in the same situation as me. I did not find many until I accidentally found this web-site. Is there any way to make this web-site more visible? For a start, I think it would be good it CASE allows this to be linked to their web-site which have a section on Time Share. For a start, public awareness should be increased as hard earned money are being conned everyday. And the worst part of it is that these companies still continue to operate as per normal right under the nose of the law. And I believe that CASE should take the lead in this as they have the resource, machinery and legal connections to do so. But sadly very little has been done. I am resigned to the fact that I am not going to recover any of the monies I plough into this Time Share program, but what irks me is like what I have mentioned above, i.e. these companies don't give two hoots whether they are running a scam or not and no one seemed to be stopping them.
