Hi Louis & TK

I am a victim like the both of you too. I had signed up with ERI last year for a $3800 membership package due to aggressive sales and duress. And they pressured me to pay $2000 deposit. Plus I have to pay $400 over maintainence fee monthly. I sent letters but no reply. I went personally to the company to get back my refund realising that I have been conned and tricked. They merely sent some customer service officer to "pacify" me when I seek for the persons who made me signed and seek for refund. The way they do business is unethnic and horrible. I want to get back my $2000 hard earned money. What should I do? :( I tried seeking help from CASE...however they do not seem to be of much good help.

~Cris
