Hi,
I was also cheated to pay 8k. already paid in full. Now, they are just harassing me to pay either pay the maintainence fee which they threatened will go up anytime or pay another 5.2 k more with no more maintenance fees but need to pay US50 service fees every two years once u start using their services again. I do not want to pay anymore too... willing to join in the fight too...

Dear All,

I am a victim of ERI and have bought the membership in 2001.I have gone to CASE in the hope that I can terminate my membership and get a decent amount of refund. I have paid out more than 10K and have been subsequently cheated by an re-sale company of approx. $1,000. I am willing to join in the fight and am willing to be interviewed by any media (TV, magazines etc) so that I may seek redress for myself and other present and future victims.
