Hi All ERI victims,

ERI is a large and well established company over the years. They are well versed in contract law and revised their membership agreement over time under pressure from the public. In order to resolve the membership issue, we need to find more information about the company management including the developer.

For example, in the agreement, it stated "Club Emperor is owned, managed and operated by Emperor Holdings Pte Ltd." But in their website, ERI published as "CLUB EMPEROR was set up under the banner of Emperor Holdings International to develop" There is confusion on why there is a difference. Maybe some laywers out there could advise. As far as I know in finance transaction, it should be the same company name.

Someone need to find more on the ERI and the developer before we could take any action.
