    If by any chance there isn’t enough contestants, there could be a change in the age division for the Supremes, meaning if not enough in the 5 & up then it could be changed from 0-3 & 4 & up. Or if we get 20 or more contestants it will be broken down to 0-3, 4-7, & 8-up
    Overalls will receive a sash & a plate for their plaque
    Age Division optionals will include most beautiful/handsome, most photogenic, best personality, best dressed, prettiest smile, prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, & best model winners will receive a plate with optional won to place on personalized plaque that all contestants will receive

    Sibling Discount is 1/2 of 1st Childs fee, if 1st child has a discount the 2nd child still has to pay ½ of the original amount of first child!
    General Information & Rules
    Contestants will model in a T formation ( 3x's in back & 1 in front). No refunds will be given! If pageant is post-poned your entry fee will be forwarded to the next pageant. Admission will be $7.00 for ages 12 & up, children 5-11 will be $3.00, under 5 & contestants are free. Admission is for judges, room rental, & clean-up. All judges are highly qualified & their decisions are final!! Anyone showing poor sportsmanship will be disqualified & asked to leave without any awards or refunds! Pageants are for fun & to meet new people, so please treat everyone as you would like to be treated! SCORE SHEETS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER PAGEANT!
    Video Cameras will be permitted, but we will also offer a copy of the pageant for $15.00 each!
    Photographer will be taking shots after the pageant if you wish to have them done please let the director know.
    NOONE IS TO ENTER THE BUILDING BEFORE 12:45P.M.
    THIS GIVES US TIME TO GET EVERYTHING READY WITHOUT INTERUPTIONS !!!

    Pageant will begin at 2:00pm . with registration from 1:00- 1:45p.m
    All Awards can & will be reduced if not enough contestants enter pageant!!
    Names of other contestants will not be given out so please DO NOT call & ask for this info!!
    Any kind of modeling allowed, but modeling will not be scored. Can bring your own music or we will have some. Please label CD with name & song #.
    Hair/ Make-up are allowed, but are not required, Judges will not be looking at this. Only facial beauty, first impression, & personality.
    SCORE SHEETS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER PAGEANT
    There will be extras at door offered & are completely optional.
    Extra's will include 5 additional overalls & a Grand Elite (this will be the highest score of the entire pageant, these will be $25.00 extra & are completely optional.
    People's Choice will also be offered, each contestant will have a jar with their number on it & the one with the most amount of votes will win. Each vote is $1.00 & can be collected from family, friends, & business! Winner will receive a custom sash & a nice crown!!
    Referrals
    If you want to do referrals you will receive $15.00 for each referral you get, if you get 4 referrals you will receive the $65.00 supreme package for free. Any referrals after the 4 will be $15.00 off for each one. 6 referrals will get to enter entire pageant for free, & receive an a 5 in crown & custom sash. All referrals must show up on this pageant date. You will need to get your deposit in by deadline & when the referrals pay their deposit you will be refunded your deposit. If you have more than 4 referrals you can use them for next upcoming pageant.

    Referrals
    If you want to do referrals you will receive $15.00 for each referral you get, if you get 4 referrals you will receive the $65.00 supreme package for free. Any referrals after the 4 will be $15.00 off for each one. 6 referrals will get to enter entire pageant for free, & receive an a 5 in crown & custom sash. All referrals must show up on this pageant date. You will need to get your deposit in by deadline & when the referrals pay their deposit you will be refunded your deposit. If you have more than 4 referrals you can use them for next upcoming pageant.

    Grand Elite supreme This is the contestant with the highest score of the day. Winner will receive a 12 in crown, very nice gift, custom sash, large plaque, fees off next pageant, & photo on website.
    Grand Supreme Winners 0-4 & 5 & up This is the contestant with the highest score of the day after Grand Elite is pulled. Winners will receive a beautiful large heart crown, Large Plaque, & a Custom Sash
    Mini Supreme Winners 0-4 & 5 & up This is the winner with the second highest score after the Elite & grand Supremes winners are pulled. Winners will receive a beautiful large crown, Large Plaque, & a Custom Sash,
    If by any chance there isn’t enough contestants, there could be a change in the age division for the Supremes, meaning if not enough in the 5 & up then it could be changed from 0-3 & 4 & up
    Overalls will receive a sash & a plate for their plaque
    Age Division optionals will include most beautiful/handsome, most photogenic, best personality, best dressed, prettiest smile, prettiest hair, prettiest eyes, & best model winners will receive a plate with optional won to place on personalized plaque that all contestants will receive & a sash
    Queens/Kings winners will receive a beautiful large crown, sash, a plate for their personalized plaque!
    Alternates will receive a small crown, sash & a plate for their personalized plaque.
    Participation All contestants will received a very nice personalized plaque with their name!
    Photogenic Bring photos to pageant & give to director at registration. 1 photo per contestant. No frames or albums. Can be B & W or color. Extra photos can be entered for an additional $5.00. Photos will be judged on first impression & photogenic ability. Photogenic will Not be added in for Supremes.
    Age Divisions: Girls 0-11 mths, 12- 23 mths, 2 yrs, 3-4yrs, 5-6 yrs, 7-9yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, & 16-up
    Boys: 0-11mths, 12-23mths, 2-4yrs, & 5-up
    I reserve the right to cancel or combine any age group with less than 2 contestants.
    Anyone married or with children can enter pageant
    Sibling Discount is 1/2 of 1st Childs fee
    General Information & Rules
    Contestants will model in a T formation ( 3x's in back & 1 in front). No refunds will be given! If pageant is post-poned your entry fee will be forwarded to the next pageant. Admission will be $6.00 for ages 12 & up, children 5-11 will be $3.00, under 5 & contestants are free. Admission is for judges, room rental, & clean-up. All judges are highly qualified & their decisions are final!! Anyone showing poor sportsmanship will be disqualified & asked to leave without any awards or refunds! Pageants are for fun & to meet new people, so please treat everyone as you would like to be treated!
    Video Cameras will be permitted, but we will also offer a copy of the pageant for $15.00 each!
    Photographer will be taking shots after the pageant if you wish to have them done please let the director know.
    Pageant will begin at 2:00pm . with registration from 1:00- 1:45p.m
    All Awards can & will be reduced if not enough contestants enter pageant!!
    Names of other contestants will not be given out so please DO NOT call & ask for this info!!
    Any kind of modeling allowed, but modeling will not be scored. Can bring your own music or we will have some. Please label CD with name & song #.

    Everyone was beautiful and did a great job.
    The judges had a hard time. I'm glad that I didnt have to choose; I dont know who I would have picked. There was many ties that the judges had to break. Thanks for everyone showing great sportmanship. Hope to see everyone again at our pageant in July. Date to be announced soon!

    Notes & information
    Anyone ages to 25 married or have children can enter pageant
    No personal checks will be accepted after the deadline or at the door, must have cash or money order. Only checks from a business that is sponsoring contestant will be accepted on day of the pageant.
    Anyone showing poor sportsmanship will be asked to leave the premises without any awards or refund. You are to treat each person as you would like to be treated. Pageants are for self-esteem, fun, & making friends.
    All judges decisions are final. No one is to approach judges before, during, or after pageant. Any comments the judge may have will be on your score sheets that will be given out after pageant.
    Siblings can enter for half off of first child’s total entry fee.
    Video cameras & cameras are permitted.
    categories can & will be combined if not enough contestants.
    We have a grace period of 60 days of date of pageant. This means that a child having a birthday within 60 days will either be in division of current age or can be moved up to next age group if we don’t have enough entries in that division
    Prizes can & will be reduced if we do not get enough entries
    Registration is from 1:00- 1:45
    Pageant will begin promptly at 2:00 p.m.

    Attire: Pageant Dress & Easter Wear (can be custom or off the rack)
    We are giving beautiful Easter Crowns to all supremes
    Easter baskets or age appropriate gifts will be given to all contestants.
    1 Grand Supreme: The highest score of the day. Winner will receive a large crown, custom sash, trophy, & beauty fees off next pageant. We will give cash if at least 15 contestants.
    2 Mini Supreme: 1 in 0-4 & 1 in 5 & up, Second highest scores of the day. Winners will receive Large crown, custom sash, trophy, & a gift.
    2 Novice Supreme: 1 in 0-4 & 1 in 5 & up, Third highest scores of the day. Winners will receive Large crown, custom sash, a trophy, & a gift.
    Age Division Queens: There will be a queen in each age division, winners will receive beautiful crown, sash, trophy, & rose bouquet.
    Runners up: Will receive a nice trophy.
    Age Division Optionals : Includes Most Beautiful/handsome, Best Dressed, Best Model, Best Personality, Prettiest Eyes,& Most Photogenic, Winners will receive a nice trophy & a sash.
    Overalls: (Must enter to be eligible for Supremes) Most Photogenic, Best Dressed, Most Beautiful, Most Adorable, & Best Model. Winners will receive a nice plaque & a sash.

    Notes & information

    Will be judged by 50% Beauty, 25% attire, & 25% Personality/modeling
    We will have someone on hand for hair/make-up, if interested let us know so she can make you an appointment. She charges $35.00 first look & $10.00 each additional.
    Registration is from 1:00-1:45 Pageant will begin promptly at 2:00
    Stage formation will be 3 x’s in back & 1 in front
    Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated & you be ask to leave without any awards or refunds.
    All judges decisions are final. No one is to approach judges before, during, or after pageant.
    Sibling discount will be ½ off first child’s fee!
    Categories may be combined if not enough contestants.
    Prizes can be reduced if not enough entries. No refunds will be given unless pageant is canceled, if it is postponed we will only give a refund if you can’t make it on the new date. If you cannot attend on the original date your fees will go towards next pageant.

    Attire: Pageant Dress and Outfit Of Choice (custom made or off the rack)
    Age Divisions: 0-11m, 12-23m, 2yrs, 3yrs, 4-5yrs,6-8yrs,9-11yrs,12-15yrs, 16-18yrs, & 19 and up.


    Awards:
    Grand Supreme: The winner with the highest score of the day will get a Large crown, custom sash, $500 Cash with 25 contestants $250 Cash if 20 or more With less then 20then we will give $100 Cash
    Mini Supreme(0-4& 5 & Up) The second highest score of the day will get a large crown, custom sash, and a cash award
    Daisy Dolls(0-4& 5 & Up) The third highest score of the day will get a daisy crown, custom sash , and a cash award
    Queens : one in each age division will receive nice crown, sash,
    Runners-Up : there will be four runners-up in each category these winners will get a sash, trophy and a tiara
    Optionals in each category will receive a sash
    Overalls will receive a large crown, &sash
    Outfit of choice winners will receive a crown in each age division


    Rules
    We must have 25 contestents to award these awards. We will still award cash but it will be reduced according to number of contestants.
    Age Division will not be combined.
    Please be on time for pageant so that we can start on time.
    Must enter outfit of choice to be eligible for supreme titles.
    Most important all children are special and everyone will leave with a crown or tiara.

I would have to be guarnteed to sell a certain amount of package's according to the location of the pageant.
