 Ok, I'm confused, and I really do want to understand. I hope we can try to understand each other. Even if we do not agree. I thought you were trying to say that if captial punishment was to be allowed then why not bring back every brutal punishment available.

So my responce was that there are degrees, and someone who say kills a teller in a hold up is not comparable to someone who blows up 168 people. So while one could be entitled to life imprisionment for that one death 168 is far different.
