Oh, ok. I see what your saying, and I didn't express myself as well as I had hoped. So that's my fault. It will sound cliche, but I was trying to say let the punishment fit the crime. So what I am saying is that the death penalty is an option because a crime, like the Oklahoma City bombing can be so extreme that anything less then the offender's death seems... insufficient. I mean a crime the intentionally ends 168 lives is not comparable to someone who would say shoot someone they found in bed with their wife. I'm sorry for the confusion.
