I'm subletting my brand new commons 7 apartment this summer from after finals until my lease ends in August. My roommates are all very clean but will also likely not be around during the summer so you will have a lot of room to yourself. Kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster and stovetop. Washer and dryer.
