My name is Darshan Sangani and I am looking to have someone sublet my apartment during the summer months until my lease expires on July 31. If your planning on taking a summer course or have an internship/job in the area that ends before July 31, this would be a fantastic opportunity for you!

My apartment is located on the first floor of Commons 1 and is equipped with wooden floors, your own bedroom, bathroom shared by 1 other person, a tv for your viewing pleasure, and any kitchen appliance imaginable if you like to cook.

Additionally, our apartment is located on the back side of Commons 1 , so it has extremely easy access to Route 1.

I'm graduating in a week, so I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease (until July 31st) - the definite dates would be from 6/1 until 7/31, but if you would need to move in earlier (i.e. this month) then we can arrange something. Commons 3 is right across the street from the CVS shopping center, so everything is really convenient. It's a perfect option if you're working or taking a class - I worked at the NIH last summer and living here made it so much easier to commute, as the metro is close by. It is a Mixed Gender Housing unit with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and "hardwood" flooring instead of carpet in the "living room" area. As of today (5/11/13), two of the other bedrooms are also available - if you want to live with friends, this would be a perfect opportunity! Commons 7 is the NEWEST commons building, with state of the art furnishings such as an electronic dishwasher (forget the manual ones), a fully furnished living room with couches, tables, chairs. My room has closet space, a new chair, a desk, a queen sized bed, drawers fpr clothes, etc.

This is one of the cleanest apartments ever, because we vacuum and clean every other day. Further, the building is a minute away from route 1.

I am subletting my apartment at the Enclave at a cheap rate of $650 (the apartment actually costs $900 so it is already discounted but I am willing to negotiate). Utilities are included (cable as well), you will have a private bedroom and bathroom in a 4x4. The apartment is pretty big and was just built in 2010. There is also a full kitchen. None of my roommates will be there as we are all moving out for the summer so you will have the place to yourself or you can pull in friends. If you don't know anyone they also offer roommate matching free of charge to find 1-3 people(your choice) for the apartment. It is on the same floor as the gym,study lounge and all the other amenities except the tanning booth which is on the main floor. There is also a free shuttle to take you to campus and other stops along the route, but it is easily within walking distance. Safety can't be beat with 24/7 security so it is better than living in a house off campus.
