Im am looking to sublease my room in my commons 3 apartment, starting at the end of finals week until the end of August.

Commons 3 is conveniently located down the street from route 1, so its a easy trek back for late nights. It also the closest commons building to 711 and CVS/shopping center for added convenience.

The price is most definately negotiable. ( i am not even looking for someone to pay the full price of regular rent)

Overall, the apartment is supper clean, and in great condition.
