Looking for a girl to take over my Commons lease from March 2012 until the end of the lease, July 31, 2012. I'm on the third floor of Commons 1, facing the courtyard, in the end room A. It is 1 of the 2 biggest rooms in the apartment, and a really big size for Commons rooms.

Rent is $767/month, with all utilities included, and roommates are all awesome and very clean!

If you are an underclassmen (sophomore or junior) and confirm before February 19 (deadline for re-leasing the apartment) you would be able to pull in three of your friends for the 2012-2013 school year because all of my roommates are graduating!
