Price is $767 normally but negotiable. I can guarantee you that my apartment is the nicest and largest room out of any of these other posts. It's on the corner and also has a balcony out the window. Brand new appliances and furniture, I'm the only person that has ever lived in my room and everything has been kept extremely nice.
