The room is on the end and the biggest in the apartment. It is a great location right on Route One and has HARDWOOD floors! I am graduating, so the room will be completely empty and I am willing to negotiate the price. The apartment also has other openings, so if you are trying to lease with friends, this is a great opportunity. Let me know if you are interested!
