HI YA everyone well i am just here to thank the SPIKE for persavearing (i dont know if i spelt it right) ha ha ha. We need to use this site more and get more photo's to him of the family's then & NOW would be a good idea, also search through them boxes and dig out the Strongest man competion photo's, escape and evasion (girlie one) well done great effort and really enjoyed it, also the krypton factor sundays and other does we all got involved in.

Anyway how are everyone doing, if you dont put it on here no one will ever know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
