here i made a mistake in thinking you were still an agnostic..i am tired, it is late, that is my only defense...lol.....but here goes:
1) i am not really stressful as i sound in here ;) it helps get good debates going.
2) atheists actually say "i don't believe in a god" ..that is all, you draw the statement of "there is no god" i don't ever remember stating that, and most atheists won't use that statement unless in a debate with a christian when they say "there is a god". atheists know their "belief" is their "opinion" (that is why atheists don't argue with agnostics or even some christians), but most christians think their "belief" is the "truth"..they may believe it to be true, but cannot tell others they have to believe it and call it truth.
3) you cannot OBJECTIVELY prove your god or anyone's god exists, or nobody would be debating now would they? and proving something doesn't exist is an OXYMORON since proving something doesn't exist is based on "no proof" until proof shows that it does exist. that is why atheists say, "i don't believe it unless you can prove it" i am amazed since you said you were once an atheist, that you don't know all these things i am saying already.
4) it is true, just because the bible is false, doesn't mean god is false 100%, but it doesn't help support the idea he exists either. (as an ex atheist you should know this also)
5) isn't it ironic how you say agnostic..actually if you did your studies..agnostics are simply undecided...they neither affirm nor deny the existance of a god (and like atheists know there is no proof of a god). so you went from a decided state (atheist), to a undecided state (agnostic), to a decided state again (christian).
6) you mentioned my "beliefs" as fallacies, but your "beliefs" don't fall under that word also then? ironically you cannot prove me wrong since you cannot prove a god of any kind exists.
7) you expect me to believe in god just because you say i should? there are other people from other religions telling me the same...which should i choose? if nobody's god can show himself to me, then he isn't worth my time following in my book.
8) in the end...i really can't stand this Jehovah anyway...in my opinion he is ignorant, stupid, a psycho, a killer, a hater, jealous, a jerk, a coward, a liar, and a game player. not a god worthy of my respect in any way. if i was to follow a religion i would pick a nice peaceful one that is one with nature like Buddhism or Native American, i would never go back to the "jesus way".
