Malcolm-- explain elwins mind to me.

Starting to pick up some momentum after the polls cause him to go into a skid and what does he do?

Throws a fit!!!, A lying down in the aisle, kicking and screaming fit over the Agriculture directed Labour sponsored venture capital fund announced by SFL and the Agrivision corporation.

Now, I can understand him getting a bit peeved that his handlers hadn't got something like this in his platform. I can even understand that Red Williams didn't exactly want to deliver the libs en masse to the sp back in 97 and maybe Elwin is still P.O'd over that.

But why in the name of blue blazes did he have to make such an *ss of himself over probably the best piece of ag policy to come out of the whole campaign. And it wasn't even partisan!

If there was ever a defining event, this may be the end of the honeymoon between Elwin and the farm community. what a disappointment for those who worked so hard to get the party started and not just as a grandstand for that fat *ucker from Beechy.

Oh well, I'll probably feel better in the morning!
