because the cladding has all been purloined. That would have been even..of that I am convinced.

as for why there is a slightly inwards cant....My best guess to date is that is had something to do with the ramping.

I see no reason to suspect that there is any symbolic reason for it.

Tho why I have responded at all in light of your preamble, is beyond me.
