Subject: Pierpont Blueprints: Ironing and Linen Rooms? Author: Robb [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 21:14:27 01/10/05 Mon I have copies of the blueprints... perhaps more precisely floor plans.... for Pierpont. There's no date but I assume they are from when the dorm was built. They are not true to what I remember.... for instance the vending area shows it to be open to the kitchen... and no door between snack bar/kitchen and the rec room. In the basement... the first room on the dark side is a linen room. On the 2ed, 3ed and 4th floors there are ironing rooms.... rooms 113, 227, 237 and 427 were ironing rooms. I just remember these windowless rooms to be storage rooms. On the first floor what we know as the Inquiry Program office is down as a private lounge. The room next to it on the corner a TV lounge. Did Pierpont even have a TV? The floor plans are rather large... too big to scan. Maybe I can take some decent photos and upload them.
