Actually the rooms you are referring to are on the first floor. According to the floor plans they are rooms 117, 119, 121 and 123. They were the only rooms on the first floor. Ya, if the dorm had and outland... this and basement dark were it. Yet if one wanted that isolation, these rooms were perfect. I do remember someone living down there back in 76... I think his name was Joe. He eventually moved up to 2ed sunset.
