Subject: W-B city tax filing

Sorry to bring up a non-political question, but I am seeking the wisdom of you longtime W-B residents. I am doing my Berkheimer city taxes today, and it comes out that I owe around $80 because my employer didn't withhold enough (ahem) from my paychecks.

The last three years I lived in Wilkes-Barre, my city taxes came out on the nose -- like within 10 cents.

Am I calculating something wrong? Or does this occasionally happen to everyone?

Thanks,
Mike McNarney
