I agree with Karen that you did a great job of showing why many readers sense there could be much more to John and Stephan's story -- these small moments are dropped throughout the LJ books/stories like a trail of breadcrumbs. The obstacles to their burgeoning attraction do appear insurmountable (hence the rueful resignation), but I think these "crumbs" must be deliberate, so I continue to wait and hope. -- LJG Discussion board

Thank you Pamela. We've followed this John and Stephan trail straight through since it began way back in Private Matter. I'm crossing my fingers that we'll get some sort of reward for our patience and find the obstacles to John and Stephan's attraction aren't quite as insurmountable as they would seem in Scottish Prisoner. For now, it looks like nobody signed up to do QOTD for this week..so the board will go into quiet mode again till when ever.
