Subject: Yes Karen, I saw the thread, but what kind of snow fall is chisping. Please bear with me here, it's just that in Finnish there are lots of of words for snow and each have a bit different meaning. I gather chisping means seeing some dry flakes dancing in the air in a dry freezing day.
