  • God no, John didn't make a habit of visiting Lavender House. The first time he went to Lavender House it was with that horrible George Everett (some scandal connected with him got John shipped off to Ardsmuir) The next time he went there it was in the investigation of "the private matter" and it could have been said he was there on official business.
