Subject: My post is hard to understand. What I mean is that now that we see more of the John/Jamie relationship and knowledge, how will it be used and written in the next main book. IMO, in the main books so far, John is not aware of Jamie's rape. My opinion being drawn from the things he says. Now...how will she work this new angle in?
In reply to: Conmama 's message, "Hey, thanks for reminding us of this, Karen. I didn't remember that Jamie wanted to kill John on his way from Ardsmuir. This helps me understand Jamie's intense anger in BOTB. I can't WAIT until Scottish Prisoner is written! Something that I will be interested in seeing, is how in the main Books, the John/Jamie interaction i.e. knowing that John is aware of Jamie's rape. I'm one of those in the camp that doesn't think that particular storyline had been thought up when the main books were written. Now, it will be interesting how their "tone" changes for us readers with that knowledge." on 08:35:37 09/10/07 Mon

  • I agree with you, Conmama. I don't think some "things" we see in BLADE were thought of in the first 6 BOOKS, but just thought of when BLADE was being written.. Just my opinion. (NT) -- GwenM, 08:49:00 09/10/07 Mon

  • I'm glad I'm not a writer...much easier being the armchair quarterback. *g* (NT) -- Conmama, 09:06:52 09/10/07 Mon
