Subject: Same here. I knew they wouldn't be together, but this really shocked me. I wasn't expecting it right at that moment. I love the way DG just shocks me sometimes...make the books so delicious to read. I've completely given up spoilers, too. I haven't read any for Book 7, but did read 3 for Brotherhood. I won't do that again, it ruins that surprised/shocked feeling that I love.
