A couple months ago.I used Clairol Natural Instincts to dye my hair chestnut brown,but instead it went black!I don't know why,but it's like natural black now.I'd like to go platinum blonde but I am unable to dye my hair to any color.I tried dying it twice and nothing has worked so.Any advice?
