Subject: Random New image fun...

Pawn In Ascendence, 10" X 14" ink on watercolour paper.

Yeah, it's an overdone subject matter, but still fun to play with heavily-travelled themes. I'm not sold on the intentionally-rough style for this image... I suspect I'll redo this in some way, maybe with acrylics, to better incorporate the bright colours to contrast the stark subject matter. Still, fun for a quick bit of inkwork.
