i went into it hopeful yet ready to quit as soon as i felt too weak or lathargic. that never happened! it's true you get all the sustainence from the lemonade! you can go about your daily business as usual. i got tons of info from the www.curezone.com site & especially straight from the master cleanser forum http://curezone.com/forums/f.asp?f=100075 . the sates of detox were especially interesting to explain what you are feeling along the way.

read the book if you haven't finished it yet. get familiar w/it BEFORE you start taking in what the posters have to say there. sometimes you are getting questions from people who are to lazy to actually read it & just want to take a short cut. there are no short cuts. from beginning to end it is very important you go by the instructions. everything has a purpose. it was toatlly worth it. i will be doing my 2nd cleanse early-mid july.don't hestiate to e-mail me w/any questions, comments, or just to say help, my b/f is having my fave meal & i want to join him bad! hehe cuz most likely you will have those moments. it would be easier if you guys did it together :) let me know what you decide & how it goes!
