Wednesday, August 24th at 7:10 pm, sharp.

We will warm up with stretching, calisthenics, etc. Then. . .

We will be doing grass drills.

Grass drills are an army fitness tradition that involves small sprints and calisthenics. Essentially, we spend a lot of time in the grass doing push ups, sit ups, squat trusts, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, etc. Then every so often we sprint to the other side and push some more. So wear appropriate attire and tennis shoes.

After a half hour of that, we will hit the range. Papa and Mad Dog will finish qualifying for Phase 2 of the SOC Pistol Qualification Course. Then we will begin rifle qualification.

Saturday we will be hiking 7 miles and doing some calisthenics. Then we will finish with rifle qualification.
