I wrote about how the second in control of the Rising Dragons wanted to command more respect when the time came to take over leadership but it looked like this may go to Karen instead and he didn�t like it. Samuel also had ulterior reasons for wanting to perpetrate this ultimate payback. There had always been bad blood between the Black Panthers and the Rising Dragons over the years but since coming home this had intensified. The first was the car bombing in the park, the second the nightclub bloodbath at the Triangle nightclub and finally harassment by the OCTB for these incidents.

He also needed to convince those gathered at the meeting that the Rising Dragons� triad was fragmenting and hence their misfortunes could very easily reflect on them all. This would then make Samuel a more stable candidate for new leadership.

And then there was his nemesis �
