In the south west zone there is 28 per cent higher than the north west zone. Of minerals there is about 4.5 kilometers. Total there is 120 kilometers of mines in southers Mongolia.
Mongolia's Brutal Winter Decimates Livestock: since the winter of 2000 Mongolia has lost a third of its lifestock. Which is about 11.2 million animals. Lifestock is about 30% of Mongolias GDP. In the past five year Mongolia's population has almost doubled. Mongolia get extreme cold weather which can be minus 45 degrees for days in a row.
Following Harsh Winter, Nomadic Herdsmen Face Starvation: Herdsmen were warned and threatened with starvation. There has been cold weather last year and heavy snow fall this year. They lost most life stock which they depend on for food and transportation.
