It seems, George Bush is destined to a humiliating defeat, after giving the world a taste of his father's medicine of militaristic aggression. Senator John Kerry, who had created waves in 1996, defeating the popular Republican Governor William Weld appears to be more mild and self-controlled, when compared to Bush. His statement, “We need to restore America’s credibility around the world,'' is a reflection of the same. George Bush cannot anymore boast of a safer America, as his projected policies include doing the very things that put his country ever more at the risk of war.
