Date Posted: 19:13:14 02/12/04 Thu In reply to: D, Alucard, Ranor 's message, "Re: ~*~*Dazed...*~*~" on 15:16:44 02/12/04 Thu ---- TROWA & HARMONY (Cencored) ---- FALCON & ASHTON ~+~*you headed up the pillars in search of one of the massive golden creatures, watching the occassional one drift from different places. you noted that many of them seemed to be going towards one rather massive gap in the outer wall that had no bridge leading to it. you decided to check there for one. you took a while to ascend the bridges, then crossed the one nearest to it, and got there from the ledge around the level it was on. there was indeed a massive cavern carved here, where one was very carefully grooming its wings. you approached it slowly- its fangs alone were twice as tall as you were. its sheer size was dazzling- its golden scales were reflecting a good deal of light, as were its gold skinned dragon-like wings. its amazing emerald eyes watched you as you entered, its tongue flickering in and out of its mouth.*~+~ well now, what bringsssss little creatures like yoursssselves here on this magnificccent day? ~+~*they saw a very powerful flash of light, and then got a very clear distress call- but as they turned to race out the door, they found themselves blocked by the tail of the massive serpent.*~+~ i would not advissssse that you ansswer that call, little onesss. ~+~*to their dismay, there was nothing that they could do but reason with the creature. the distress calls kept flying in at an exponential rate- and seemed to be coming from Kiel'Lora.*~+~ ---- D & ALUCARD ~+~*Kiel'Lora appeared as if on que at the thought, and smiled at the people so very much shorter than herself.*~+~ I sensed an interest to learn the art of animating the dead. I would be willing to teach you the basics of that skill. however, i.... GAAA! ~+~*she shrieked rather loudly, in a pitch high enough to make your head throb as soon as she had opened her mouth. her wings exploded onto her arms and she took off towards the pillar, and vanished up from the area of the lake. distress calls were sent out shortly after. you had the choice to follow, or to ignore.*~+~ ---- CYE ~+~*you wandered about the field a bit slowly, taking in the sights. after a few moments, however, you began to feel like something was wrong. you looked around in the grass silently for a while, until you came upon a young female Amarian- lying in the grass. her wings were marked with the water colors, and she lie whimpering and screaming with a badly broken foreleg. you touched her forehead, as the mark on your head began to glow- somehow causing a reaction that healed the wound. apparently, Amarian's would be healed right away if they came into contact with their base element. that meant that touching fire would probably kill her. she got up with a bit of a leap and bound, and then jumped over to cye and nuzzled his arm. she only stood about waist high, and had glittering gray eyes.*~+~ my name is Iasmine..... you must be the one my mommy said would take care of me when she left me here! ~+~*simply put- she had been abandoned. it seemed that she had taken a liking to Cye, and would likely refuse to leave.*~+~ daddy! ~+~*as she happily bounced about in the meadow, Ahroun emerged from the ground- shrieking something at the top of its lungs. a moment later, the first of several distress calls reached Cye. instinctively, Iasmine ducked into the grass to hide. that left you with a choice- go help, or stay and get better aquainted with your new creature.*~+~ ---- KYLE & VINCENT ~+~*both returned to their private rooms, but something unexpected happened. as they both entered their doors, something sprang around them, and then there was darkness. the next thing you knew, Kiel'Lora was standing in the distance, sending distress calls at an alarming rate.*~+~ ---- ALL OTHERS ~+~*you recieved the distress calls whilest on your way to take care of other issues.*~+~ ---- (for those that decided to go) ~+~*you followed the distress calls to the Upper Pillar- the trip to which was drastically shortened by several Gryphons willing to ferry you up- and followed them to a rather small crack in the crystal walls, just large enough to squeeze through at the bottom. there was another room here, to your surprise- the door to which stood just before you. you burst in, and took in the sight. the room was barron, save for 4 other life forms. Vincent and Kyle, both in a state of illusion that kept them very much incapacitated in one of the corners, a very massive gryphon looming before them. her body was the size of any of the giant Gryphons here, her feathers a haunting deep violet with pink and blue tips on her wings. her crest feathers were deep green and yellow, and her talons were sharpened to very fine, razor-like points. her eyes burned with anger- ghostly, familiar blue-green eyes.... the Former Spirit of the Ash, the current Spirit of Enchantment. she had come to finish what she had started. Kiel'Lora was standing not too far from her, a slight gash in her right shoulder. the distress calls stopped when she knew that you had arrived. they seemed to be in the middle of an arguement.*~+~ Spirit of Enchantment- the boy rightfully belongs to ME, once and ALWAYS property of the Underworlds! the other one is needed for the master demon in his soul.... i will not let them BOTH escape me again! ~+~*her eyes flared, as a small choaker appeared around the necks of both captives- onyx bands with data carved into them, large violet gems in the front. it looked like those projected holograms or something, judging from the way they were set and the small 'button' in its center. that effectively got them out of their trance, but they were shocked any time they attempted to move or get up. the gryphoness held his head high, and raised her crest feathers in defiance.*~+~ YOU WILL NOT GET THEM FROM ME THIS TIME! my beloved required the presence of BOTH of them! ~+~*the current plight also caused one other to appear in the room- the small black lion-like creature with blue stripes on his legs, Girion. he sat there with wide eyes as his only two masters were enslaved. you could faintly see a barrier about them as well- so it would be no use trying to charge in after them. that, and you doubted that you would be able to make it past those talons. this would be difficult....*~+~ ---- FALCON & ASHTON ~+~*the distress calls stopped coming after a while, but the serpent did not break its block on the door. it stared down at you, its wings slowly coming up to block your view of the Pillar outside.*~+~ there isss no need for you to gggget innvolved in thisss.
