I can't wait to read the next few chapters involving Richie, it's going to be a rollercoaster.

How will he react to his new "situation"? Something tells me it won't be straight forward.

But if he thinks about it logically, he was moments away from certain death, and now he has a new chance of life. The only question is, can he accept being a vampire, and cutting off ties to everyone else he knew before?

And if he really doesn't want to be a vampire, there's ways to end your life. I do feel sorry for him though, he was never asked. But if I remember well, he was too ill to by that point.
