This was another really nice chapter. Deacon's a sweet kid, and it's interesting reading through his thoughts as he's trying to figure things out. It's going to be pretty tough given the era, but when is it ever easy?
I'm looking forward to seeing how things unfold between him and Colby. Interesting times ahead.
