Jeramy is Jeramy Freeman. yes I did gain 10 lbs in a week. & 7lbs of muscle mass lost was also lost but was within one month. He did my fat % a month earlier and I was 7% lower. I went back to the doctors after being sick for three weeks and my doctor weighed me.i did gain 10 lbs in a week but yes, dont think I lost 7 lbs of muscle within the week but more like the month . It just showed on a scale that I lost the 10lbs in the 4th week when I went back to doctors. Now, I am trying to getting back to weight training but am very sore and puffy looking. I hate this. I am starting to feel better but have the tingling feeling in my month sometimes but not where my lips are swelling. Has anyone heard about haveing a reaction to plastic from shaker bottles? My doctor told me he had a person he treated for that. Im looking for something to give me some energy to workout and take away some of this soreness. I know I am going to be sore but not where I cant workout at all for 3 days. I have a high tolerance for pain but Im uncomfortable when I try to sleep. Anyone ever have a reaction to a supplement?
