Couple things about the Empire & NYS . Early bird entry is in sffect untill Sept 13th. 14 days left to enter at a cheap $25.Host hotel for the Empires is the Holiday Inn Express 315 454 0999.
Host hotel for the NYS VIII is the Holiday inn in Binghamton 607 722 1212.
We have done our best again this year with hiring the best lightcrew & sound in each venue. Both shows should be a great experince.Tickets are avalible for both shows. the Empires are on sale threw me. The NYS VIII are threw ticket master in the Broome County forum.
The mens pro has verbel commitments.The show is stacked with great posing routines and talent.From masters pro winner Joe Viteretti to Larry"rocket "Ray who never has lost in Binghamton. The"King" will make a return to Bingo were again he has never lost.Nam le viows to be in the best shape & ready for his wreckin crew to represent.There is one cat that is making some pro noise. He is making his comback & if things line up correctly he plans on mixing it up.Texas will be in the pro line up after taking the Jersey overall earlier this year.What about the overall winner from the Empires??There are a few in Jersey with the "king" that will make a stand in this pro lineup.

Thanks to anyone/everyone who spread the word about my 1st annual Strongman competition. We had 38 entries with 34 actually competing in the event, including myself(not scorable. I would have finished forth, I believe, if my score counted. These #'s are way above the normal #'s for Strongman contests. The weather was beautiful but the competition was brutal !

Last October I was a spectator at the Syracuse show (which was run great by the way). At the end of the show I meant to get in contact with the head judge (I believe his last name was Sullivan(?)) to talk about possible training tips/personal training, etc. But I never had the chance. I've waited so long to contact him since I was injured and had to take quite a bit of time off. Does anyone know his contact information (email address?). Thanks.

The season is upon us!All of us are in full competiton mode now.The game face is on.Who will be the first NYS Pro Champ?Who will be the USBF Figure Nationals winner? Who will be are next pro? All these questions will be answerd sonn enough.
As usual we are running the early bird entry for both events.Doug and I agreed we wanted to make it feesable due to the increase of fuel for peeps traveling.We still have around 12 posters left if anyone would like to hang them in the gym.We are working on the goddie bags.DJ george will be presnt for both events.We are pulling out all the stops for these back to bavck events.

Well I didnt want to use the message board again but it seems to be the only way to get some kind of a response. Its two weeks later and over 5 unretured phone messages and and still no payout after finishing 3rd in your show. Will I ever see the check or hear from Kieth only time will tell. This seems to be the only way to get some attention to the situation.It seems everyone else received their payouts. I am sure glad I drove 8HRS and came in the best shape Ill ever see for an $8 METAL and a $20 jug of scivation xtend (which is awesome I might add)that you probably got donated. So in closing please contact me and at least let me know if I should just quit looking in my mail box day AFTER day for some thing I was told I earned

Overall winner mens & womens will receive pro status. the mens winner will have their PRO ENTRY PAID FOR THE NYSVIII PRO SHOW.
Host hotel for this event is the Holiday Inn express 315 -454- 0999. Ratas are $99 which includes free breafest the following morning.They also have a shuttle. The hotel is locatses 1 1/2 from the venue & right in front of the Syracuse Airport.
Early ckin & weigh ins will take place friday night at the host hotel.
This event will set the stage up for the big daddy ......NYS VIII in Binghamton, NY

Question about the men's pro? I think the most interesting match up would be Mike Uzar & Kent Bierly. Both of these guys are coming off looking like their championship form again.Ray jr. rules Bingo but I think Grizz will have something to say about that.Can Ray jr. sneak one out against Grizz in his own hometown?Then there is one past champion making his come back from the NJ area. This guy left our jaws wide open with his entertaining posing.Petersen?can he come in spring form?Dude made us scratch our heads wondering how the small guy is chopping down the big guys.Nam Le is quietly training HIS ASS OFF to prove that he is a worthy pro.Best symmetry in the USBF.Can he tighten it up?I did get contacted this past spring from the 2006 NYS overall winner.Says he has this one on his schedule last time I checked.SP says NJ spring overall winner is taking the roadie up.I cant comment cause I never seen the guy.Joe Viteretti will be sharp as always.The guy never comes off the diet. Shredded 24-7.Joe is always top five material.Still trying to bug Damon Gillis to make the trip.Chad Austin I think has other plans.Boyer taking year off.Massington is kicking ass with the INBF.Pete Hilburn is sludge hammering his hernia back in.Kunkle is in baby land along with season ending scholder surgery.Cancelino seems to never do the cuse shows.Plattsburgh crew eat to much during the summer time. Congrats to Big D. on placing 6th out of 13 tough competitors, in his class, at his first STRONGMAN competition this weekend in Essex Junction Vermont. Damien had absolutely never flipped a tire or picked up an atlas stone, yet perservered through a super hot day of competition against many experienced competitors !!
We hope to see some more fellow bodybuilders at my first Strongman event on August 23rd, here in Peru,NY.

I know you said you were in the proscess of moving but I have called you 6 or 7 time now left a message each time with no response I actually think one of your kids answered the phone today 7/21/08 and I left a message with them as well.So if anyone reads this and sees Keith or talks to Keith let him know about this post because I can not seem to get a return phone call or anything from him. Frank Caine(153) took second in the over 50 lightweight class and Kent Bierly(165) won the over 40 welterweight class(Dave Goodin took second) at this weekends NPC Masters Nationals in Pittsburgh, PA. It was a great day for the naturals.

i have been taking the 500 capsule, with every meal, i recently switched to the 750 pills, and my whole face has become a blaze of fire. it feels like a massive sunburn that won't go away, can't sleep, irritable, etc, dieting is bad enough, anyone else have this problem with maybe overdosing on this, or taking to much?
