I am sorry to tell you all that the Bloomsburg show has been cancelled. As of Monday Oct. 5th we only had 14 competitors entered to compete. It would not be feasible to have a show with such's a small turn out. I am very sorry if this has inconvenience you. thank you for your time Brian Young

Ya, just created a website with 500 pictures. I was not the official photographer, so please if you want to buy copies, contact him first or Kent. If he doesnt have what you want, or you want some of mine, then I will sell them in a few weeks. I dont want to cut into his profits!! I reduced the quality of the pictures to 20% and added a watermark on them to stop you freeloader or free downloaders :-)
I will have video clips uploaded in a few days... go to the site and enjoy.

Anyone else pumped up for this show? This newbie can't wait to go to battle with the studs! I may get eaten alive, but it will be an honor to share the stage with you all. Should be alot of fun, really looking forward to it.
Only 7 weeks to go, began posing practice in earnest this week. Hoping to get the last 10 lbs off in time...Will be very interesting seeing how I respond to the carb up and the water down, the final week. This has been the hardest thing I have ever done, and the hardest part is still ahead.
What's more shocking is I have not cheated on the diet either...looking to come in hard, full, vascular, and dry! Can't wait...

Does anyone allow themselves a cheat meal duing a contest prep cutting diet? I am a little concerned with going flat and was wondering if I should have a good cheat meal once a week to fill me out, or should I just wait until the final week to carb load? My carb level is not too bad - 3 days of 150g carbs then a high day (clean) of 300g, but I'm not sure of the 300g carb is high enough at a weight of 178lbs. My BF is going down and weight is going down, but my strength is holding good, and my energy level is ok when I get enough sleep.
Going for my first show Nov 7, so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thx!
