(I don't know Mike or anything about him.) I've seen Travis drunk many times, but never as a mean drunk. Was anyone there? Any TRUE stories? Was anyone there who can tell what really happened? Don't really know anything more than has already been said except that apparently Wirll was having trouble with an ex-girlfriend not that that gives any reason to do what they did. I'm sure there is more to this story than anyone of us will ever know or care to know. I just hate it for these 2 guys. Wirll was well on his way to becoming a great hockey player. I had heard that this would be Travis's last year playing and I hate that it will end this way. Speculation is that they will be traded to any team that will take them. I would love to have either one of these guys on my team. With all the stories that I have read, and I am definately not condoning anything they did but there have been issues with fans and Travis in Florida and it would not surprise me if alot of this stems from that. Just saying. I really have no idea. Good luck to both of these guys. I have always thought TL was great and still do!!!!

I hope they continue to get this behind them and get on with their game! 2 great players, glad to see they got back in it so quickly. You go, boys!!! And to Travis...PLEASE come back to Mississippi when we start having games this year (and bring Wirll with you)! The chillers are in, the zamboni's been fixed, the locker rooms cleaned & refurbished, Katrina mess gone. Just waiting for you and the other fellows to sign up and come on down! The view is different, but the fans are even better than before!

They haven't tested the pipes yet in the flooring, and monster trucks put holes into the floor. The zamboni wasn't refurbished and they haven't purchased a new one yet. They are looking for a specific kind for that. The locker rooms aren't fully refurbished yet either. There's still a LOT of work to do before the season gets started. Don't look for them to start until mid-november at home. This is straight from someone in the office staff I spoke to two weeks ago.

Would you happen to know what happened on Tuesday? Did they have to appear in court in Florida. I know they both played in Fresno that evening. I hope just a slap on the hand and pay the fine!!! Definately not like this is the first time that this has ever happened.
