Subject: 2008 Louisiana Cinderella State Pageant

Hey everyone! Just Doug here from Magic Moments! It took me a day or two to come on the message board, I had to rest up... I left Natchitoches after the winners reception and drove for 200 miles then stayed overnight in MS and finished the remaining 562 miles on Monday...I arrived home late Monday evening. It was a wonderful trip home, as I was able to check out your part of the country.
Anyway, I wanted to thank everyone for a FANTASTIC weekend and a wonderful 2008 state pageant this year! You all welcomed me into your Louisiana family and it really shows that Louisiana has some of the best people in the world! It was so good to see you all again! I tried to talk to everyone. if I missed you, I apologize. I really wasn't feeling that well, I have a sinus infection that is still lingering, but I am doing better now.. hopefully I can keep from getting a shot to get better..Doug don't like the doctor. LOL!
Donna, Andrew and company, thank you all for including me in everything! Joey, girl, you have got it going on with your beautiful voice. I still say you need to be onstage performing in Nashville or LA and you need to be in the studio recording a CD. I am serious..The song you performed, "Please Remember" is awesome. That song makes me tear up everytime I hear it. I had only heard it performed one other time and it was at one of the Tennessee State Cinderella pageants a few years ago. Thanks for choosing this song so that I was able to hear it. It made me think of my mom.
Ok, enough of the mushy stuff...LOL!
People, I took lots of great video and photos of the entire weekend. Pam, who is my best friend, and I sat at our favorite restaurant today here in Morristown looking at all of them on the laptop. I have stage shots, party shots, posed shots everything. I was using my new camera and I am very pleased with it, as it renders some beautiful photos!
The videos are gonna be great! The stage was really cool looking and the lighting was just right for a great dvd!
I will start putting the dvds together in a few days. You will have yours before the other states, as Louisiana is FIRST this year. Plenty of time before Internationals!
I also wanted to mention Andrew! Dude, you have got it going on with the emcee thing! Man, you sure had the girls all torn up when you were singing the Hello Dolly song during the party the other night! That voice is cool! Fred needs you onstage in Las Vegas hosting! You are a NATURAL!
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you all so much for your business! I think I sold to every contestant in the regular Cinderella portion of the pageant, and a few of the babies. It really paid off and was a great business venture.. and I owe it all to you... the Louisiana Cinderella Family.. your business is GREATLY appreciated!

PS Donna.... I am getting ready to prepare the video portion of what you wanted, I am sorry it took me an extra day, I had to get some rest and didn't even want to go near a computer.. Anyway, the video file will be emailed in a few minutes.. You should have it..!
