I got to see the video of your performance this past weekend and it made me so very proud. What a Mother's Day (or in this case Grandmother's Day) present that was. You are so very talented and Papa was about to burst with pride. I think he thinks you inherited some of your musical talent from him! And just maybe you did!! Singing will be a joy for you forever. Hello everybody!!! Doug here in COLD Tennessee!!! I was just writing to update everyone on the progress of the videos and dvd's...... Everything is pretty much on schedule. My brother was very ill back a couple of weeks ago, but we have gotten everything back to normal!!! THANK GOD! Anyway, I didn't get behind much at all, just a couple of days...the videos and dvd's will begin to mail tomorrow. I will be mailing out everyday over the next 5-6 days. The videos are as follows.....BABY PAGEANT- contents being the start of the Finals night, baby pageant and crowning along with the 2005 Louisiana Cinderella Photo slideshow. Tot video and dvd's..... contents are as follows..... Tot Personality, Party Dress, Casual Wear, Finals Night, Crowning Ceremony, Cinderella Scrapbook w/ 2005 Louisiana Cinderella Photo slideshow. Mini Miss division.... contents are as follows... Talent, Party Dress, Casual Wear, Finals Night, Crowning Ceremony, Cinderella Scrapbook w/ 2005 Louisiana Cinderella Photo slideshow. Miss division contents as follows...Talent, Party Dress, Casual Wear, Finals Night, Crowning Ceremony, Cinderella Scrapbook w/ 2005 Louisiana Cinderella Photo slideshow. Teen and Woman divisions...Talent, Party Dress, Casual Wear, Finals Night, Crowning Ceremony, Cinderella Scrapbook w/ 2005 Louisiana Cinderella Photo slideshow. The video and dvd's filmed real well!!!! I hope that you will be able to experience the pageant once again and I hope it is just like being at the pageant again!!! Please make sure that you receive everything. Also make sure that everything plays properly.... Anytime that you mass produce videos or dvd's in the amount that I have done, chances are there might be some errors. Also, I always like to note everyone about the DVD's. DVD's (dvd-r) are not guaranteed to play in all dvd players. Please make sure that yours plays properly and that there are no errors or skips.. If this happens, try it in another dvd player.. If there is a problem , be sure to let me know and I will get you the pageant in VHS format. There are not usually any problems, but it is possible that there could be some dvd players that can't play the dvd's. it is mostly older dvd players or the cheaper low end models. Anyway, the most exciting part this year in Louisiana was all of you NICE PEOPLE. It was a pleasure coming down and filming for you. I hope that I was able to capture this special moment in time for you. Please always keep in mind that I keep all of the original videos on file here in Morristown. God forbid that anything terrible happens to you or your family members, but if you ever need any copies of this pageant or any pageant, let me know. I know some tapes and dvd's get worn out, damaged or lost, so no need to worry, I have the originals stored away.... If you just want to call me and check the status on your videos please feel free to call me. I will let you know exactly what day it ships out. Also call if you have any questions...... I do not know every person's name and I will not even try to spell them... HAHAHHAHA!!! Anyway, I want to thank every one of you for the kindness you have shown me..... Hilary, you and your mother have always and will always be special to me!!! You both are the nicest people!! THANKS! All of the staff, you are great!!! You just always talk up a storm with me and have been real nice and very helpful!! Donna and Allen, you are the best!!! You always take me into your family and it makes me feel like one of the gang!!! It is always an honor to be invited back down to Louisiana to take care of your filming needs!!! The past 2 years have been phenominal and I hope we are all together for a long time!! Now, the 2004-2005 Royalty!!! Lacy, WOW!!! you are a knockout and you also are one extremely talented young lady!!! You will go far!!! Destiny Hughes, Gosh, you are one great young lady!!! Talent, beauty, and a great personality made the complete package in 2004. I just know there is a Woman Title in the waiting for you in the future!! Bailey Purvis, Gosh what a young lady!! And man, you can sing!!! I Have never heard the song "This is The Moment" sang so well!!!! Can I pay you to come up to Tennessee to sing at my wedding, that is, if I get married!!??? You have got a CD quality voice and you sure did rock the house!!! Faith Stanfield, You are definitely one of the best Mini Miss Queens I have seen over the years!! Talented you are my child!! Rocky Top was great!!! You just need to come on up here to Tennessee and sing from the mountain tops!!! I just know Dolly Parton would love to have you sing in Dollywood and also she would love your dance routine!!! You are the best!!! Mrs. Stanfield, I could just talk to you forever!! You are so cool!! I just know you are secretly a meteorolgist, man, the rain was something awful on the way down the other night... I appreciate you warning me about it. You are one of my best Cinderella friends!! Serena Chambliss, what can I say???? You must have an IQ of around 200++++++ I have never seen a child talk so much and know so much!! You carry on a better conversation than I do.. :) that is a good thing!!! You will go far in life!! Keep on talking and let your cute personality and pretty little face do the walking, right into pageant title after pageant title!! All of the 04-05 Cinderella mothers are the best!!! I know one thing, I will not even try to pick who has the best scrapbook... I am afraid to choose!!! LOL! :) Anyway, I had tears in my eyes watching all of you and your families on stage while you were doing your final walks!!! I just get emotional sometimes, especially when I am watching such great people experience the most important aspects of their lives!!! Anyway, to the new royalty. It will be a fun year!!! I can't wait to make great new memories!!! On to the videos!!!! I have watched about 75% of the videos!!! They are absolutely perfect!!! Great FULL DIGITAL video!! I just know you will all enjoy them!!! I also have nearly 400 photos that I took with my digital camera.... Most of them will be put on the videos and make a great slideshow!!! Please feel free to e mail me if you would like to have any of these photos sent to you via e mail!!! Just keep in mind that if you do print the photos, they do have their limits as to what size you can enlarge them to.... I think that the best size for the photos is 3X5. I have to use a smaller megapixel camera due to size limits that are required for the photos to all fit into the video and to be able to get more photos for the slideshow. That is why I do not print any of my photos to sell. Anyway, print all that you want, but keep the size of the photo small when printing and you will have an excellent photo to show everyone. I will be ready to mail out the videos soon!!! I will keep you posted on the delivery times and when you can expect them!! Also, one more thing!!! I want to personally thank Donna and Allen again!!!! You two are great and if I can ever be of any help with anything, please do not hesitate to call!!!

It has been nearly a year since we had all the beautiful LA beauties on the stage!!! I am looking forward to filming the pageant!!! It will be fun!!! Liesl has an infection in her right eyelid. It appears as though there is an abcess under the skin. Today we go back to the Dr. They may have to lance it. We really need your prayers. Please KEEP Lorilee Roberts in your prayers. She e-mailed us 2 weeks ago to let us know that the doctors would be doing a biopsy of in her chest. On Sunday, Alyssa and I had an opportunity to visit with the Cowen's and we called all together to talk to Lorilee and see how she was doing. She let us know that doctors had removed fluids that had formed on her lungs and found the cells to be abnormal. I've just read Donna's cindy-gram and know how much Lorilee would appreciate us asking for your prayers. This will be her 3rd fight against cancer, please pray for God to give her strength to fight this disease once again...

I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a great time at the Houma Prelim it was good seeing Joey, Hilary,Miss Kim, Bailey, Destanee, Miss Donna, and Mr. Allen!! I did miss seeing Sarena, Faith and Lacy though. I hope to be able to visit at the Baton Rouge Prelim so I can hopefully see everyone there. If not then the state pageant will be here in no time! I'M VERY EXCITED!! Good luck to everyone and love yall!

Finally, after several delays, Matthew arrived back in the land of the free!!!!! He will be in North Carolina at Camp LeJeune for a short time then hopefully he will get his leave and be able to spend some well deserved time with family and friends. On the Videos and dvd's will be all of the great Cinderella competition your daughter competes in, a great highlight feature showing the great, musical entertainment performed by our great emcees along with highlights of the competition, and new for this year will be a Fantastic Photo Slideshow Scrapbook consisting of over 200 digital photos (photos of candid shots, parties, etc. that I take.. PHOTOS ARE MADE FOR THE VIDEO and DVD ONLY, photos not for sale or print...) All set to beautiful music. Every moment will be captured for you to enjoy for the years to come... The PRICES of the videos will remain the same $45.00 for VHS or $50.00 for DVD, Baby Pageant Videos, $25.00 VHS, $30.00 for DVD. I will be set up with forms to take your orders during registration. Wow! I just love getting packages in the mail! Thank you Mr. Allen, Ms. Donna and Miss Laura! It's getting really cold outside--that Cinderella satin jacket came just in time! It is beautiful! Mom hung the ornament on our Cinderella Christmas tree and of course the garment bag will get many years of good use!

I just wanted to thank everyone that was involved in this past weekend and making it soo special for all of us girls. I had the best time and I will never forget my first time at the Natchitoches Christmas Festival. It was an amazing experience that I wish every LA State Royalty could experience every year. The lights were wonderful and so exciting to watch. The parade was a blast. Miss Shannon was exactly right: She said there would be lots of people and she was exactly right. I loved every moment I had to spend with my Cinderella family this weekend and again I say thanks for making it so enjoyable.
I really want to extend my thanks to Mr. Ben for making the float for us girls to ride on. Without you Mr. Ben, none of this would have happened for us and I really want to thank you for helping to make our year so memorable. Faith is so very lucky to have you for her dad!! Thank you Miss Shannon for opening your house to us once again and getting us a spot in the parade. I don't know what we'd do without you.
Thanks for all the wonderful gifts. I loved all of them. I am still picturing Bailey's reaction after opening her gift from Destanee. That was hilarious Bailey.
I cannot wait to see you all real soon. Bailey, have fun at Disney.

I just wanted to thank our Cinderella royality & their family for such a great weekend. Iam sooooooo impressed with all of you guys. Boy did our queens do a great job. Thanks for all that you had done. I really appreciate it. Thanks to the Stanfield's for opening their house to us all. You have a beautiful home I might add. Im not going to make this long so I just wanted to say thank you. I really did have a great time. DeShae, I miss ya-thanks. You need to come home more often. Well Im going to go.
