Subject: Louisiana Cinderella State Pageant Videos

Hello everyone!!! Just Doug (videographer) way up here in Tennessee. First, let me begin by saying that it was a pleasure being able to come down to Louisiana and be a part of the special moments in your life. Louisiana has got the most friendly people and everyone at the pageant was so nice. Donna and Allen, you two are FABULOUS people and I enjoy working with you so much. The entire Cinderella staff was great and I hope we are able to work together in the future. I also wanted to write everyone and keep you posted on the progress of your videotapes. Everything is right on schedule and the tapes are coming along well. I mailed the DIRECTORS videos and DVD's out earlier this week. The remainder of the videotapes and DVD's will begin to ship out tomorrow and Friday. You should have them soon. This pageant videotaped real well and is a great item to add to your collection. Upon receiving your videos and DVD's, please watch them all the way to completion and make sure that everything plays properly. With the volume of videos that I produce, there are sometimes errors and sometimes, defective videos. If you do find any problems, be sure to let me know and I will get you a FREE replacement in the mail ASAP. Also, one word about the DVD's. Due to the recordable DVD's being new technology, they may not play on all DVD players. If your DVD has pixelation or any kind of distortion, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will exchange the DVD for videos. If for some reason your videos do not arrive, please contact me. Tapes have been known to be lost in the mail. I am always available at any time to answer questions and resolve any problems. Please, by all means feel free to contact me at anytime. I want you to be happy with your purchase and I hope I have been able to capture the special moments that mean the most to you. Again, THE VIDEOS ARE GREAT AND I THINK YOU WILL ENJOY THEM!! I hope that while you watch the videos, it will create the effect of being back at the pageant and reliving those special moments all over again and again! I will also let you know that I keep ALL master videos on file and your copies can be replaced if your copy is ever lost, damaged or if you just want more. I have pageant videos from all the way back to 1992, so now I will add your pageant to my vast collection here in my office. In closing, I want to say once again, that everyone at the 2004 Louisiana Cinderella State Pageant was great and it was an honor to serve you.
