- Hello from an old Chasseur! -- Chasseur Gris (Retired at the moment!), 18:03:57 05/26/05 Thu
Just thought I'd say a "grande bonjour" to my old friends in the 9eme.
As you may be aware I'm fighting for the Roi at the moment and soon off to Ticonderoga to light a fuse in North America and kill a bag load of Highlanders and Rogers Rangers if they stay in one place long enough. Our allies are nearly all Native American Indians (I hate irregulars) but you have to take what your given in this period.
Anyway. Thought it was long overdue to say hello & bonjour to you all.
Bon chance for your campaign this year.
Gris.

- Early 19th century naval engagement? -- Bastigere, 14:31:42 05/29/05 Sun
Hi Louis. Good to see yourself, Chevalier and Biberon last night.
As mentioned a few of us old gits have been talking about returning to the fold on an occassional basis, so if you need any volunteers for the (non)re-enactment of the battle of Trafalgar (or anything else) give us a shout! I'm still in contact with Million, L'Etang and Brian and we could all be persuaded should the need arise! Although some of us lack such small things as passports, shotgun certificates etc. so we may only be of limited assistance...
p.s. have you got that photo of the 'fondling' incident handy? >;-)
Bastigere.
