when i first started i was the same way, and my dance teacher told me that skipping would help me to not only get higher lifs but also keep my stamina up. now i can dance over and over without becomming tired! i just put on some fast music and skip 15 miniutes a day before and after my practice. try it, it reallllly works!! good luck!
