Date Posted: 13:12:51 05/24/04 Mon For those of you who have an AOL email account, please be aware that you may not be receiving emails. I recently found this out when I sent a link to one of our readers at an aol address. The link was to D. A. Waite's sermons at Sermonaudio.com. Anyone who emails a link (that is on AOL's forbidden list)to an AOL user receives this message: "The URL contained in your email to AOL members has generated a high volume of complaints. Per our Unsolicited Bulk Email policies, AOL will no longer accept email with the URL contained in your message. 554 TRANSACTION FAILED" Now SermonAudio.com is a legitimate place with legitimate subscribers and yet they are considered SPAM according to Aol. You cannot email their link to any of your friends who are on aol. Your whole email message will be returned back, "undeliverable". If this is true for Sermonaudio, how many more ministries are banned by AOL for sending out their newsletters to their subscribers? I believe this could be just the beginning. Next, they might be screening your mail for what THEY deem to be offensive...such as the Gospel.
